Cooking Classes
Radical Rations Catering Services is now offering themed cooking classes. Come learn some of Madam Mac's secret recipes. ​For just $50.00 (per person) Madam Mac will personally show you step by step how to prepare her unique recipes and create the extra zing needed for a great dish. Every cooking session will include 6-10 people working as a group to prepare the special meal of the day. People will work in groups prepping parts of the meal, cutting all the vegetables, boiling the noodles or pasta, etc. Each session will include the supplies necessary for the preparation of the meal and an equally portioned dish to take home.
BASIC HEALTHY COOKING
We offer cooking classes to children in a safe environment that empowers creativity and encourages discovery. While learning food preparation skills is the main ingredient at Radical Rations, each class adds knowledge of kitchen safety, etiquette, along with menu planning, and a pinch of laughter.
COOKING
We beleive a family that cooks together, stays together. During these classes, Madam Mac will be guiding moms, dads and kids, through basic instructions for dishes that comprise all-out feasts. Afterwards the participants are invited to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
