Born to a family of self-made chefs the Madam realized that a recipe is no good without the ingredient called "love".  Love should always be included in the recipe.  Many people experiment with recipes they find "on-line or in magazines" and for some reason they don't always seem to come out the same.  It is the love of cooking and feeding people that creates the extra zing needed for a great dish.

 

Radical Rations Catering Services is now offering cooking classes. Come learn some of Madam Mac’s secret recipes. For just $50.00 (per person) Madam Mac will personally show you step by step how to prepare her unique recipes and create the extra zing needed for a great dish.

 

Every cooking session will include 8-10 people working as a group to prepare the special meal of the day. People will work in groups prepping parts of the meal, cutting all the vegetables, boiling the noodles or pasta, etc. Each session will include the supplies necessary for the preparation of the meal and an equally portioned dish to take home.
